Puzzle pack purchase terms

Tupo is operated by Josh Collinsworth (Collinsworth Dev).

Puzzle packs are fixed collections of 25 puzzles each, one for each difficulty level. The launch collection (volume 1) contains four packs, totaling 100 puzzles. Purchases are one-time payments and do not include future packs.

Purchases belong to the Tupo account signed in when checkout begins. Keep access to that account to recover your puzzles on another device. Deleting the account permanently removes purchased-pack access and does not automatically refund payments.

There is no scheduled expiry for purchased access. Playing requires access to the Tupo app; offline access requires puzzles to finish saving automatically on the device first. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser or device, and puzzles will save again when you return while online.

Previous purchases count toward the complete collection price. Prices are in USD, and include any applicable tax.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for these purchases and provides payment-related support.
